Joensuu Train Station

Upon arrival at Joensuu railway station, you will notice that there isn't much to it. Unlike stations in Turku, Tampere, or Helsinki, the station in Joensuu is not as modern. However, most traveler needs are met here with essential services and facilities, including ticket vending machines, public restrooms, luggage lockers, and assistance service. Most trains are operated by InterCity or Pendolino, heading towards Helsinki with stops at Lappeenranta, Kouvola, and Lahti. Other termination points are Nurmes and Pieksämäki.
